I have been trying to either pay off or utilize a settlement offer as a means to pay off past debts. Is this a way in which I may somehow see improvement to my credit. Thank-You for taking my question and have a Great Day!
Answers:
New items in your credit score can be included in such cases as getting a new loan or a credit card, paying the debt off or some delinquencies in debt payments. If you have an old debt and want to improve you credit, there is no other way than starting to pay it off.If you have money now, do not hesitate to start reducing your debt, it can take much time and effort, but as you step on the only true path, you shouldn't give up. ASk your bank to make monthly reports to credit bureaus, so you will be able to see your score increasing each month. If you can afford it now, you can take a credit card for which you are eligible and add to your score by accurate payments. Good luck! All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

what is the higest interest rate a credit card company can charge legally?
Answers:
Credit card companies can state interest rates for credit cards and loans only sticking to certain laws. Generally, there is a maximum or an average possible interest rate for each state that is legally stated (it is called a usury law). Although, there are some exclusions, for example, banks that are registered as national ones, can slightly depart from the law and set sort of their own rules. The information that interests you can be found at the sites related to the US Truth in Lending Act. Mind that several states have less strict rules regarding interest rate caps (South Dakota, for example), that's why some banks locate there to be free to charge higher rates. my credit is very bad because my divorce 5 years ago, l need care my 3 douthers so never repair, how l cant fix my credit,l cant apply for credit card for repair my bad credit?
Answers:
Good credit history is very important, as you can get a loan or credit with better terms if you have one or the employer can look through it when thinking over your profile. You can be not well-to-do at present, so analyze your position and conclude whether you can afford starting to build your credit or not. If you can, get a secured credit card (they have guaranteed issue and require no credit check usually) and after some installment you will pay it off, step by step accumulating points. After that you will be able to get an unsecured card, but mind it that the rates and fees will be rather high, until your credit is less than good. Be careful and don't apply for a card you are not eligible for and don't miss payments, and you will build you credit in the shortest possible time. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

I have no credit, and i need a card with at least a $2000 limit a.s.a.p. What do i do?
Answers:
Unfortunately with no credit score you are hardly able to get such a limit, even at a least 500$ as soon as possible. Truth to say you can not really apply for a credit card with very high limit, what depends on a particular credit institution. In terms and conditions of any bank offers for poor credit you may notice the fact that you can start with a small amount to increase it by step by step in a certain period of time on condition that you pay on time for the loan you borrow. And now do not waste time searching for a 2000$ limit, while having bad or no credit rating, it is useless. Instead try to apply for corresponding credit cards according to your credit score to improve it. And later you may qualify for a larger limit. I want to know why I have a bill showing that I owe you all over $700.00! I am very upset about this. I have never in my life owned a credit card and have never wanted to because I know that they get you in debt. I found this out from a mortage company while I was having them see if I would qualify to get a loan for my first home. How could you all not be so careful in how you run your company? This has ruined my dream of owning my first home. I have no proof that this was done. But I do know that I DID NOT give anyone the ok to send me a credit card or to have one set up. I have never before in my life recieved a letter from you all, much less a credit card. Now how can it be possible to say that someone owes you that much money? I did\'nt even know an aspen credit card existed. I know one thing I WILL NOT pay for something that I did not use. I would respectfully pay the bill if I owed it but that\'s not the case here. Maybe it could of happened ov! er the enternet or maybe you sent it afte
Answers:
You see, it is simply impossible that you owe us any sum of money. We are neither a bank nor a credit company; we neither consider applications nor issue cards. And certainly we have neither right nor opportunity to collect any payments. Our site is created merely to help people to compare the best credit cards offers from various banks and to choose the one they need. Besides, we provide the opportunity to submit a credit application to the bank online through our service. But we definitely don't have any access to credit reports, accounts or other personal information. We are sorry that you have such troubles with your credit but unfortunately it is beyond our competence to clear up the situation and to help you. You must call or visit the credit company that claims that you owe it the money and solve your problem there. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

American Express Blue Card:
1. What is the usual standard line of credit issued for a new card?
2. What is the maximum line of credit for this card?
Answers:
If you are interested in the details of American Express Blue card, there's no better way than to read carefully all the terms and conditions in which the bank provides the full description of the product. Generally, there is no standard or usual line of credit with this or any other unsecured card, because it is determined by the applicant's individual credit history. After you fill out the application form and the bank looks through it, you will be sent a letter (in case of approval) where the bank states the credit limit you will be provided. The maximum credit limit with Blue AmEx is $100,000, according to its terms & conditions. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

I have a visa action card through bankfirst that has been stolen. I need to contact a representative but cannot find a phone number. Can you please help me?
Answers:
Unfortunately it is not a rare situation that the credit card may be stolen and used. However, nowadays many banks and special companies offer zero liability for the unauthorized purchases (for instance, the American Express and Discover Card will not oblige you to pay for the expenses that were not of yours) , please only make sure that it is possible with the card you had. As soon as you have noticed the absence of the card in your purse, it is highly recommendable that you contact the bank that has lent you money and ask them for an account block, so that no one will be able to use it. Please find the address of the bank's official site by clicking "Apply" by the card you have chosen. All the best, Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service

Answers:
Unfortunately it stays a bit unclear what credit card exactly you mean. We assume you refer to one of the best balance transfer cards presented at the site of our partner. Indeed, they have been especially created for those who would like to consolidate their debt and save money - therefore you will be able to pay off the old balance at the best interest rate (o% with the majority of the offers). Still do bear in mind that as soon as the debt is paid off, the rate gets higher. Unfortunately we do not give here any telephone numbers you can call, but you may ask any question on the matter using our Immediate Credit Card Care Service. Just wondering what credit card to apply for to help me raised and rebuild my credit score without getting turn down and collecting inquires on my credit, my credit is an 540 average, just wondering which card fits my range.
Answers:
Don't worry that you can't be eligible for a credit card. Credit card companies usually think about people with bad or no credit history. We strongly advise you to obtain a bad credit card at First PREMIER Bank. The approval is guaranteed. You may also try to get a card for a credit that needs some improvement or limited credit and apply for a Capital One Standard Platinum Card by Capital One Bank. This is a perfect way to rebuild your credit.
